Who is the PMCS.helpLine Software Group?

 

Our mission is to provide enterprises of any size with software solutions and services to offer their customers the best services possible.

We are a growing team of more than 280 colleagues across eight locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Spain.

Currently, more than 60 developers are building the Enterprise Service Platform, an Enterprise Service Management business software solution suite that more than 500 international companies use to manage their service processes.

What does our office in Palma offers to you?

Our office in Palma is located in Son Castelló close to the metro station. We are occupying the top floor of a new office building with state-of-the-art infrastructure and private parking.
Besides the two department teams, our Palma office also serves as a international training center for the group, working both external and internal training.

What solutions do we build for our customers?

We build solutions in the field of Enterprise Service Management. The PMCS.helpLine Enterprise Service Platform (ESP) currently consists of the solutions:

  • helpLine – for Service Process Management 
  • anafee – for Financial Management / Technology Business Management
  • Serviceware – for Service Resource Management

How do we develop software?

 

We are doing agile software development using the SCRUM methodology. Usually we deliver 2 releases per year. A virtual architecture board leverages synergies across our different solutions and technologies. All teams work on one Team Foundation Server. Transparence and communication is key!

Our development teams are located in Cologne (Germany), Munich (Germany) , Palma (Spain) and Leiden (Netherlands). Leiden is also home of the PMCS.helpLine Design Center which is responsible for a consistent UX across all solutions.

And we really do these hackathons.
